Contract Agreement
We are happy to welcome you into our progressive swimming family! 👪
Lingo Swimming will provide you with an official membership form to complete, which will be used to build a contract agreement that both parties will sign.(Client, Lingo Swimming Academy)
Swimming Schedule
Time Table
Lingo Swimming and the client will work together to identify available days and times that are mutually convenient. Our lessons are one-on-one, and we believe that scheduling flexibility will enable us to meet our goals more efficiently and effectively.
Lessons Duration
Adult: 1 hour
Kids: Above: 6 years: 40 minutes
Kids: Below: 6 years: 30 minutes
Payment
Full payment must be done 24 hours before the first lesson. Delays in payment beyond 24 hours do not guarantee availability of scheduled lessons.
After the scheduled lessons have expired, the client can choose whether or not to renew the subscription.
Pool Rate
Please note that the pool fee is not included in the lesson rate and must be paid separately and directly to the hotel.
Pool Fee Options:
Walk-in: GH₵70.00
Monthly Subscription: GH₵700.00
In Ghana, swimming lessons are typically conducted at hotel swimming pools. The monthly subscription grants the client unlimited access to the pool for the entire month.
Cancellation Policy:
(a) Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to
assist "Lingo" in rescheduling his timetable.
Failure to cancel
(b) Failure to cancel a scheduled lesson at least 24 hours in advance results in forfeiture of the lesson.
Lateness:
The swimming classes at Lingo Swimming Academy last one hour. If "Lingo"
is more than 20 minutes late, it will either reschedule the lesson or compensate for the
lost time with the client. If the client is late, the class will
proceed from the missed minutes.
